Joinery in Uster: website with enquiry process

Saturday 3 October 2026, 14:05. The Brunner-Keller family from Dübendorf would like a built-in wardrobe for their hallway. You play both sides: on the left, the customer on her phone; on the right, Nadia Frei in the office, where the enquiry becomes a customer file, a quote and an invoice.
Try it in three steps
- Capture the enquiry. On the left, choose “Built-in wardrobe to measure”, enter postcode 8600, choose the site visit on Tuesday 6 October at 09:30 and a callback between 08:00 and 10:00. Keep the fictional contact details and select “Send enquiry”.
- Check the next step. On the right, the new customer file appears with Nadia Frei as the person responsible, the reply date and the preferred slot. On a smartphone, switch to the “Business” tab to see it.
- Edit the quote. Open the quote in the file and change the workshop hours from 22 to 24. The total is recalculated. That completes the short walkthrough.
