Visiting the website

When you access the website, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, the time, the resources requested and browser information are processed by the hosting provider. The website is provided via Vercel. This processing serves to provide the website and keep it secure. Processing outside Switzerland is possible.

Contacting us

The details you enter in the first step initially stay on the page in your browser. With “Continue to sending” you load the HubSpot form and the Google reCAPTCHA security check. In particular, your IP address, browser information, the page visited and technical usage data are transmitted to these providers; cookies or similar storage may be used. Your details are transferred into the embedded form. Only “Anfrage senden” (send enquiry) in that form transmits them to our HubSpot CRM for processing. We store your name, email, the company and phone details you choose to give, your request, existing systems and a random enquiry reference. The team members responsible receive a notification via our business email services with Google and Hostpoint. The data is used for your enquiry and a possible collaboration; the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Alternatively, you can prepare an email draft or copy your details without loading the HubSpot form. You send the draft yourself; the terms of your email provider also apply.

Analytics and external content

We do not embed any separate website analytics or any general HubSpot marketing tracker. Our website serves its fonts itself. HubSpot and Google reCAPTCHA are only loaded after “Continue to sending”. reCAPTCHA checks technical signals and interactions to protect against automated misuse. The data transfers and possible cookies described above apply to this external content. The EU1 form region does not mean that all processing is limited to the EU; processing outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA, is possible. Further information from the providers: Vercel, HubSpot and Google. The Google Terms of Service also apply to reCAPTCHA.

Display setting

If you pause or reactivate animations, we store this choice locally in your browser. This keeps your display setting when you move between pages. This setting is not transmitted to us.

Retention and access

Enquiry data is used to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that results from it. You can contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion. Statutory retention obligations may prevent deletion.
