I lead the first conversation and write the quote. With you, I clarify the scope, your input and how we sign off. I go through the sign-off with a test case with you, and at launch I introduce your team to the agreed workflow.
Building and testing
I build your website and the enquiry route behind it, connect the agreed systems and check that everything works as set out in the quote.
