Pricing

Three starting points with a guide price.

Each one sets out what it includes, what we need from you and how we sign it off. We clarify everything else in the conversation, and we tell you openly what we have never delivered before.

  2. Enquiry routethe enquiry arrives complete, with a person responsible and a next step
  3. Sign-off with a test casea labelled test enquiry shows that the workflow works

The starting points build on each other.

You begin with the starting point that fits your workflow and extend it later. Each one sets out what it includes, what we need from you and how we sign it off together.

We check the agreed pages on a computer and a smartphone, their links, and a labelled test enquiry until it arrives at the agreed destination.

  2. Enquiry process

For teams that want to capture enquiries in a structured way and follow them up reliably.

After launch

Operation and improvement

Guide priceCHF 490 per month

Discuss ongoing care

Ongoing care

Operation and improvement as separately agreed care, guide price CHF 490 per month with up to two hours for defined checks, analysis and adjustments. Together we agree what the care should achieve and exactly what it covers.

The guide prices are for orientation. Scope, interfaces, dates and any VAT are set out in the quote for your project. Licences, hosting and additional services are listed separately. A single existing workflow can also be a sensible starting point.

What the guide price does not include.

The guide price is for orientation. Anything that may be added is listed separately in your quote.

  • Licences and hosting

We list the costs of external providers for hosting, domain, licences or usage-based services separately. You can see in the quote what goes where.

  • VAT

The guide prices are for orientation. Whether and how VAT is added is set out in the quote for your project.

  • Additional languages and pages

Each starting point covers one language and a set number of core pages. We quote for additional languages or pages in advance, with their own scope.

  • Additional services

We agree further interfaces, workflows or content before building and add them to the quote. A single existing workflow can also be a sensible starting point.

Your steps to the quote.

Three steps before you decide. The bar shows where you are right now.

  1. Getting to know uscurrent step

You look at the starting points, guide prices and examples. If it fits, you describe your project in the form. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

  2. Conversationpending

Abbas or Shervin reads your enquiry and replies to you by email. If it fits, we suggest a date for the first conversation, which costs nothing.

In the first conversation, we show you a short presentation: the workflow, the starting points, your input and sign-off with a test case.

  3. Quotepending

You receive a quote with the guide price, scope, your input and sign-off. Only then do you decide.

Once you say yes, this is what happens next.

At every step, you know what you contribute and what we take on. What exactly applies is set out in your quote.

  1. Building with a preview

    You

You provide the agreed texts, images and access. You check the design and workflow on a concrete preview and approve it.

    We

We build what we agreed, connect the agreed interfaces and test the workflow with real cases from your day-to-day work.

  2. Signing off with a test case

    You

Together with your team, you check the agreed workflow against the sign-off criteria in the quote and sign it off.

    We

We show you with a labelled test enquiry that the agreed workflow works.

  3. Handover and care

    You

You know who is responsible after launch, and you decide whether you want ongoing care.

    We

We introduce your team to the agreed workflow, document the handover and record who is responsible after launch. Care has its own agreement if you want it.

Pilot projects deliberately have no guide price.

AI bookkeeping agents, AI voice assistants and AI phone agents depend on your systems, data and approvals. That is why they start as a limited pilot project with their own quote. Beforehand, we show you what works and what is still being trialled.

How we work

Four things apply in every project.

  • Your data stays separate.

Access and customer data are kept separate for each project. Private mailboxes do not belong in automatic capture.

  • You decide the approvals.

Standard drafts can be created automatically. For critical actions, we agree clear rules and responsibilities.

  • Your team stays involved.

Unclear requests go to the right person. Bookkeeping decisions and closing the accounts stay with the specialist responsible.

  • Operation is part of it.

Traceable actions, error notices, updates and backups are planned in from the start.

Questions before the first conversation.

What business owners usually ask us before they enquire.

Which businesses is FehabLabs for?

For Swiss SMEs that need a website that brings enquiries, and workflows that do not stall afterwards. We work across sectors. What matters is your specific use case, the systems you already have and a sensibly defined scope.

What happens in the first conversation?

Abbas or Shervin asks how an enquiry reaches you today and who takes it on. We also show a short presentation: the workflow, the three starting points with a guide price, what you contribute, sign-off with a test case and the four examples. If a starting point fits, the next step is the quote.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. We first check what you already use. Where suitable interfaces exist, we configure and connect your existing applications. Together we clarify whether an extension or a custom application makes sense.

What happens to our data?

In projects, your data stays in the systems we define together. We keep access and customer data separate for each project; private mailboxes are left out. An enquiry through this website takes two steps: your details first stay in your browser. Only with “Anfrage senden” (send enquiry) do they go through a HubSpot form into our CRM. Instead, you can also prepare the enquiry as an email, or copy it and send it yourself. What is stored is set out in the privacy notice.

Are the examples finished products?

No. The four examples (website with enquiry process, online shop, bookkeeping and appointments) are fictional businesses with fictional data. They show how a workflow can feel. For your project, we define pages, fields, roles and connections and build them for your business.

How are the costs made up?

The first conversation costs nothing. The three starting points have a guide price; the binding amount, with scope, dates and any VAT, is set out in the quote. We list licences, hosting and usage-based costs of external providers separately.

Who is my contracting party?

FehabLabs is an IT solutions agency run by Abbas Kansou and Shervin Ramezani. You work directly with both of us. The quote names “FehabLabs, Abbas Kansou and Shervin Ramezani” as the provider, with the contact address in Zurich.

What does the monthly care include?

Defined checks, analysis and adjustments within up to two hours per month. We record the work included, responsibilities and availability in writing. Larger extensions are agreed separately.

What happens when monitoring reports an error?

We define in advance what is checked, who receives a notification and how to respond. An automatic notification does not mean that every problem can be fixed without checking. Check intervals and care follow the agreement.

What can be done with AI?

For example internal knowledge search, draft replies or preparing documents. We check feasibility with a specific use case. AI bookkeeping agents, AI voice assistants and AI phone agents start as a limited pilot project; decisions and approvals stay with the people responsible.

Can you also build a customer portal or a shop?

Yes. Online shops and clearly defined customer portals are possible as a project of their own or as part of a starting point. We define features, access and connections before building.

The simplest way to clarify it is in a conversation.

The first conversation costs nothing. You describe how an enquiry is handled in your business today, and we tell you openly which starting point fits, or whether none does.
