What a CRM puts in order for your sales
Enquiries sit in the inbox, notes from the site visit in a notebook, and whether the customer was called again after the quote is known only to the person who wrote it. If that person goes on holiday, the opportunity is left untouched. A CRM that fits your workflow records every enquiry with its status, the person responsible and the next step.
Set up and connect the CRM
We configure an existing or new CRM around your sales process and connect it to your website form, mailbox and, if needed, bexio. You show us how a job runs in your business, from enquiry to invoice.
Structure contacts and opportunities
Contacts, sales opportunities and responsibilities get a structure with clear stages, such as enquiry, site visit, quote, order. Your team keeps the status up to date; we make that as simple as possible.
Automate follow-up and routine
Follow-up reminders, confirmation emails and recurring tasks are created automatically according to your rules. You decide what is sent automatically and what stays personal.
Example scenario (fictional)
CRM and sales automation in practice
A kitchen maker with two salespeople occasionally loses enquiries because the quote was sent and nobody followed up afterwards. In the CRM, every enquiry shows its stage and the person responsible, and after the agreed period a follow-up task appears for the salesperson, with the notes from the consultation. When the order is placed, the opportunity moves on to execution, and the data goes into order processing.
How you can tell it fits
- A good fit if enquiries too often go nowhere after the quote because nobody follows up.
- A good fit if several people sell and nobody knows the overall status.
- A good fit if you already have a CRM that nobody likes using.
What is included and what is not
CRM licences are in your name and are listed separately; you decide which data is recorded and who has access. The selling itself, meaning conversations, site visits and quotes, stays with your team.
Starting point
This fits a starting point with a guide price.
The guide price applies to the scope of the starting point. Before we start, we put in writing whether that scope covers CRM and sales automation or whether a separate quote is needed.

Two questions before you start
We already have a CRM, but nobody keeps it up to date. Does this help?
Often that is because the CRM does not fit the workflow or asks for too many fields. We look at where it gets stuck, cut it down to what is needed and connect it to the sources the data comes from anyway.
Which CRM do you recommend?
That depends on team size, budget and the systems to be connected. We are not tied to any one provider and discuss in the first conversation what suits you.
The first conversation costs nothing.
