AI phone agents
Note down requests, even when nobody can pick up.

What an AI phone agent can take down in a pilot
Calls come in when everyone is on site, over lunch or after hours, and the answering machine is rarely checked. An AI phone agent takes down the request, answers simple questions from approved company knowledge and hands over to your team in a structured way. In the pilot, we check with you how well this works in your day-to-day business.
Record reason for call and callback
The agent asks for name, callback number, request and urgency and summarises the call for your team. You decide which details it should ask for and when it points callers to an emergency procedure.
Provide standard information
Opening hours, service area, prices for standard services or how a quote works come from the company knowledge you approve. If it may not answer something, it says so openly and takes a callback request.
Handover and appointment workflows
Every call lands as a task with the person responsible, with a summary and, if you want, a recording; appointments are possible if a calendar is connected. We define the handover rules together.
Example scenario (fictional)
AI phone agents in practice
A locksmith gets many calls in the evening when customers are locked out, and some during the day with questions about prices for replacing a lock cylinder. In the pilot, the agent takes the address, situation and callback number in the evening and passes the case straight to the on-call locksmith; during the day, it gives the standard prices the owner has approved. After a few weeks, the owner and FehabLabs review the call logs together and decide what to adjust.
How you can tell it fits
- A good fit if calls get lost because nobody can pick up.
- A good fit if some of the calls are always about the same questions.
- A good fit if you are ready to accompany and evaluate a limited pilot with real calls.
What is included and what is not
AI phone agents are a limited pilot without a guide price: we set scope, duration, test calls and sign-off together. The agent only makes commitments on appointments, prices or call-outs within the approved scope, judgement calls stay with the person responsible, and telephony costs and licences are listed separately.
Pilot project
We start this as a pilot project.
This service depends on your systems, data and approvals. That is why it starts as a limited pilot project with its own quote. Beforehand, we show you what works and what is still being trialled.
Pilot project
no guide price
Before we start, we put in writing:
- the scope of the pilot
- how we sign it off together
- who is responsible in your business
- what it costs, in a separate quote
Judgement calls stay with the person responsible in your business.
Two questions before you start
Do callers know they are talking to a machine?
Yes, the agent says so at the start. Anyone who would rather speak to a person leaves a callback request, which reaches your team in exactly the same way.
Does the agent understand Swiss German?
Recognition of dialect varies between the available services and depends on the dialect, background noise and terminology. That is exactly what we test in the pilot with real calls, before you decide whether the agent continues.
The first conversation costs nothing.
