What a reorder assistant spots with regular customers
Regular customers order in a rhythm that nobody has written down: the business every few weeks, the restaurant every Monday. If an order fails to come in, it is only noticed once the customer has long been buying elsewhere. A reorder assistant recognises the rhythm from your order data and alerts you while a call still makes sense.
Recognise ordering patterns
From your existing order data, for example from the shop or bexio, we work out for each customer how often they usually order and what. You give us access to the data and tell us which customers are excluded.
Flag missing orders
If a customer stays away longer than usual, they appear on a list with their last order, usual rhythm and contact person. You set the thresholds for when this is flagged.
Reminders for approval
For every flagged customer, there is a suggestion for a reminder or a call, with their usual items. You decide whether something is sent or whether a personal call is better.
Example scenario (fictional)
Reorder assistants in practice
A drinks wholesaler supplies restaurants, clubs and businesses that mostly order at fixed intervals. On Monday, the assistant shows that a neighbourhood restaurant has not ordered for longer than usual and has always had deliveries before the weekend. The salesperson calls, learns that the head chef has changed and takes the order there and then.
How you can tell it fits
- A good fit if a large share of your turnover comes from recurring orders.
- A good fit if customers who drift away are only noticed once they are gone.
- A good fit if you have order data in your shop or bookkeeping that nobody analyses.
What is included and what is not
The assistant flags and suggests; contact with the customer stays with your sales team, and automatic emails only go out if you decide so. We clarify data protection and which customer data is analysed with you beforehand.
Starting point
We prepare a separate quote for this.
A single existing workflow can also be a sensible starting point. You describe it, and we tell you what we can solve properly to begin with.
Quote for your project
after the first conversation
The first conversation costs nothing. Before we start, the quote sets out:
- the scope
- your input
- the sign-off
- the price
Licences, hosting and additional services are listed separately.
You can try it out in the demo “Backstube Chriesibaum (fictional)”, with sample data and both sides of the workflow. The demos are in German.
Two questions before you start
Do we need an online shop for this?
No. What matters is order data with customer, date and items, whether from a shop, bookkeeping or a well-kept spreadsheet. We check the quality of the data in the first conversation.
Will our customers be contacted automatically?
Only if you want them to be. A personal call often finds out more than an email, so the list can also serve purely as a call list for your sales team. You set the rule.
The first conversation costs nothing.
