How staff training makes it easier for new employees to get started

A new employee starts, and the experienced colleague who could explain everything has no time herself. So the newcomer learns by asking, and the same questions come up with every new hire. A guided introduction with an assistant that answers from your documents takes this part off your team and shows you where documentation is missing.

  • Guided introduction to processes

We turn your processes into an introduction in a sensible order, from time recording and job reports to dealing with customers. You decide what a new person needs to know in their first weeks.

  • Answer questions from documents

New employees ask the assistant in their own words and get answers with a source from your approved documents. You decide what it may answer and when it refers them to a person.

  • Spot knowledge gaps

Questions that the documents do not answer are collected, so that you can fill exactly those gaps in the documentation. Your business decides what is added and who writes it.

Example scenario (fictional)

Staff training in practice

A hospitality business with two locations regularly hires front-of-house and kitchen staff, often seasonally. New employees go through the introduction on their phones, covering hygiene rules, the till process and the booking system, and ask questions when something is unclear, such as how to handle a question about allergies. The general manager sees which questions come up often and adds to the documents for the next season.

How you can tell it fits

  • A good fit if you regularly train new people and answer the same questions every time.
  • A good fit if knowledge depends on a few experienced people.
  • A good fit if you have documented your processes or want to write them down as part of the introduction.

What is included and what is not

The assistant does not replace professional training or induction by colleagues; it answers what is in approved documents. Personnel data and employment contracts do not belong in the knowledge base unless you explicitly decide otherwise.

Starting point

We prepare a separate quote for this.

A single existing workflow can also be a sensible starting point. You describe it, and we tell you what we can solve properly to begin with.

Quote for your project

after the first conversation

The first conversation costs nothing. Before we start, the quote sets out:

  • the scope
  • your input
  • the sign-off
  • the price

Licences, hosting and additional services are listed separately.

Two questions before you start

Our processes are hardly documented. Can this still work?

Yes, then the project starts with writing down the most important processes, and we support you with that. The assistant then shows which questions are still open, and the documentation grows over time.

Does the assistant learn from employees’ questions?

It collects the questions but does not change its answers on its own. New content is only added once someone from your business has checked and approved it.

The first conversation costs nothing.
