What an AI voice assistant can do in a pilot
In the car between two appointments, wearing gloves in the workshop or on a building site: there are moments when typing is not possible, but a question or task is on your mind. An AI voice assistant takes it down, answers from approved company knowledge or creates a task. In the pilot, we check with you where this genuinely helps day to day.
Voice access to company knowledge
The assistant answers spoken questions from the documents you have approved, for example about a process, a price or who is responsible. You decide which content can be called up by voice.
Tasks and status by voice
Tasks, reminders and status queries can be dictated and called up, for example the status of an order or the open points of the day. Your team maintains the data the assistant accesses.
Connect systems step by step
We connect existing systems one after another, starting with the one that brings the most in the pilot. We clarify beforehand which interfaces are available.

AI voice assistants in practice
A plastering contractor spends a lot of time in the car between building sites and customer visits. In the pilot, he asks on the road about the status of the quote for a block of flats and dictates that the apprentice should take materials for the ceiling tomorrow. In the evening, he finds the task in the system and checks whether the assistant understood everything correctly.
How you can tell it fits

What is included and what is not
AI voice assistants are a limited pilot without a guide price: we define scope, test period and sign-off together and in writing. The assistant prepares and reminds; decisions on orders, prices and staff stay with the person responsible, and voice recordings are only processed within the agreed scope.

Two questions before you start
Does the assistant understand Swiss German?
Recognition of dialect varies between the available services, and we test it in the pilot with your voice and your terms. We tell you openly what works reliably and what does not.
What happens to the recordings?
We agree that before the pilot: which provider processes them, how long they are stored and who has access. You decide whether recordings are kept or deleted after processing.
