Dashboards and reporting
Metrics, tasks and trends in one shared overview, matched to the decisions your team makes.

What a dashboard brings together for your decisions
How many quotes are open, which orders are running, what is overdue? The answers are in bexio, in the CRM, in time tracking and in a spreadsheet that someone updates by hand every Monday. A dashboard brings together the figures you need for decisions and shows them so that you understand them without recalculating.
Bring together data sources and metrics
We choose with you the sources and the few metrics that matter for your decisions, and connect them. You tell us which questions you ask yourself on Mondays; we derive the figures from them.
Design views and access
Management sees the overall picture, team leaders their area, bookkeeping the open items; you decide who sees what. We design views so that they are readable on screen and on a phone.
Reports and updates
We set up the update frequency and regular reports, such as a weekly overview by email, as needed. Maintaining the data in the source systems stays with your team, because the dashboard only shows what is there.
Example scenario (fictional)
Dashboards and reporting in practice
An engineering firm with several project managers tracks project status in a spreadsheet that is updated on Fridays and already out of date by Monday. The dashboard shows open quotes from the CRM, billed and unbilled hours from time tracking and overdue invoices from bexio. Before the meeting, management can see which projects need attention without having to ask anyone.
How you can tell it fits
- A good fit if figures are gathered by hand from several programs before every meeting.
- A good fit if decisions are based on gut feeling rather than the current status.
- A good fit if several people should see the same status, but not everything.
What is included and what is not
A dashboard is only as current and correct as the data in the source systems; maintaining it there stays with your team. Which sources can be connected depends on their interfaces, and licences for tools are listed separately.
Starting point
We prepare a separate quote for this.
A single existing workflow can also be a sensible starting point. You describe it, and we tell you what we can solve properly to begin with.
Quote for your project
after the first conversation
The first conversation costs nothing. Before we start, the quote sets out:
- the scope
- your input
- the sign-off
- the price
Licences, hosting and additional services are listed separately.
You can try it out in the demo “Malergeschäft Tannenberg (fictional)”, with sample data and both sides of the workflow.
Two questions before you start
How many metrics should go on the dashboard?
Fewer than you might first think. We start with the questions you ask yourself regularly and build the right views for them; anything else is added when it is missing day to day.
Can we adjust the dashboard ourselves later?
Simple adjustments such as filters and time periods, yes; new data sources or metrics we set up together or as part of ongoing care. We show you what you can change yourself.
The first conversation costs nothing.
