How interfaces connect your systems

Website, CRM, mailbox and bookkeeping each work fine on their own, but in between sits a person who copies customer data from one to the other. Every transfer is a chance for a typo, and changes do not arrive everywhere. With interfaces, the systems exchange their data according to agreed rules, and your team enters it only once.

  • Link systems

We connect website, CRM, email and bookkeeping through the interfaces these systems offer. You show us which data needs to go where and who transfers it today.

  • Transfer and check data

Customer data, orders and documents are transferred in a structured way and checked for completeness and format before they are taken on, such as addresses and VAT numbers. Your business sets the rules for what is valid.

  • Spot errors, reduce duplicate entry

If a transfer does not happen or a record does not fit, the person responsible gets a notification, and a manual fallback stays documented. Your team decides how to deal with the case.

Example scenario (fictional)

Interfaces and integration in practice

A cleaning company receives enquiries through its website, records customers in the CRM and writes invoices in bexio, so far by entering the same addresses again and again. Once connected, a new enquiry is created as a contact in the CRM, and as soon as the order is confirmed, the customer is created in bexio with the same details. If the office manager changes a billing address in the CRM, it is also updated in bexio according to the agreed rule.

How you can tell it fits

  • A good fit if the same data is entered by hand in several programs.
  • A good fit if address changes reach one system but not the others.
  • A good fit if you already have good separate systems that only need to work together.

What is included and what is not

What can be connected depends on the interfaces of the providers involved; we check this before the quote. You pay for licences and any interface fees charged by the providers, and you decide which data may flow.

Starting point

This fits a starting point with a guide price.

The guide price applies to the scope of the starting point. Before we start, we put in writing whether that scope covers interfaces and integration or whether a separate quote is needed.

Two questions before you start

What if one of our programs has no interface?

Then we look at alternatives such as exports, import files or a guided manual step. Sometimes switching programs is the more honest answer; we tell you that before the quote.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The person responsible gets a notification with the affected record, and the workflow has a documented fallback. Nothing gets lost silently.

The first conversation costs nothing.
